Russian President Vladimir Putin has floated a Trump–Xi–Putin summit on Ukraine at the APEC summit in Shenzhen on 18–19 November, with Kyiv not at the table.
The Kremlin says there is “no clear understanding yet” on the meeting. The summit has not been agreed by Trump.
Washington hit India with a 25% tariff for buying Russian oil, a tariff since waived. Washington is now buying Russian diesel itself.
